Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fees

Comprehensive Eye Examination-eye glasses only (Visual Acuity)-- $40.00 and up.
Contact Fitting (inc. general exam, fitting; there may be additional charges)--$60.00 and up. SHS must receive notice of cancellation at least one business day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment or a fee equal to the cost of the visit will be charged. For example, if the appointment is for a comprehensive eye examination, the fee for failure to keep the appointment or for late cancellation will be $40.00. A wide selection of contemporary glasses and contact lenses is also available for purchase at an additional cost.
