Student Health ServicesStudent Health Services is a fully accredited outpatient clinic staffed by Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses. Student Health Services offers basic medical care for most illnesses and injuries and various elective services.
Consultations with a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse are available through appointment or walk-in. Appointments for the Specialty Clinics are available to all eligible students. Some services require referral from our Student Health Services providers. Specialty Clinics include:

Medical RecordsAll medical records are strictly confidential. Information from records will not be released to anyone without the written authorization of the patient, except as required by law. More information on medical records. Eligibility Requirements:You must be a registered or continuing CSU student to use the Student Health Services. Pursuant to Executive Order 943, a continuing student is a student who "has been regularly enrolled at least two terms immediately prior to the term of nonattendance" and where " there is an indication of intent to enroll during the following quarter.” Family PACTFamily PACT is now offered at Student Health Services! Family PACT stands for Family Planning, Access, Care and Treatment. It is a state administered program that pays for family planning. You do not have to pay anything for these services. Health InsuranceHealth insurance plans, e.g. major medical and dental, are offered through Associated Students, Inc. For enrollment information, please visit CSU HealthLink. The plans were designed specifically for the CSU student. Major illnesses and injuries, as well as conditions requiring hospitalization, are beyond the scope of the Health Center. Any outside health services received by a student are the student's financial responsibility. Emergencies:In the event of an on-campus emergency, please dial 9-1-1 or go to the University Police Department in the basement of the library building.
