STAFFING AGENCY POLICY

1. No fees may be charged to students for staffing agency services in the hiring process.
2. The staffing agency must identify the client to Career Development Center staff prior to accepting any job listing. If the Career Development Center has an ongoing relationship with the same client to provide the same service, we will inform the staffing agency and decline to post the position.
3. If Career Development Center staff have questions about the legitimacy of the job listing or the client, we may decline to post the position.
4. Staffing agencies may participate in job fairs.
5. Staffing agencies may be charged a fee to arrange special services, such as information sessions.
