What are On-Campus Interviews?
On-Campus Interviews (OCI) provide graduating students an opportunity to
interviews with employers from business, industry, and government agencies
for full-time career positions. Interviews are conducted in the Career
Development Center (Warren Hall 509) for the convenience of both students
and employers.
Who is eligible to participate?
CSU East Bay seniors and graduate students who are within two quarters of
completing their degree program (Exception: Accounting students who are
within one year of graduating). Alumni may also participate in this program for a fee.
How do students participate?
The Career Development Center uses
InterviewTRAK,
an exceptionally powerful service offered by the MonsterTRAK web site.
We highly recommend that students attend an On-Campus Interview Orientation
session to learn this system, or review the
Student Instructions for On-Campus Interviews.
Using these guidelines, students can learn how to establish a MonsterTRAK account,
load their resume, and request interviews with companies online. If students
need further assistance, please direct them to the Career Development Center
(Warren Hall #509) for instructions and assistance.
