We know that entering a new environment can be both an exciting and overwhelming experience. Guess what! The Division of Student Affairs is here to help! We’ve created a program called Smooth Transitions in order to ease your transition to your new home - Cal State East Bay!
University departments have compiled a series of events and workshops just for our Transfer Students. Activities include fairs with information on majors & minors, jobs & internships, and self-care. The Career Development Center has workshops for all areas of interest and our Student Center for Academic Achievement will be offering ways to improve your academic performance. We’ll even have faculty and staff from all over the campus, available in front of our University Union to answer any questions you may have throughout the first week of school!
