Sports and Recreation for Students

At Cal State East Bay, you can try out for men's baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, and soccer, or women's basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, volleyball, and water polo. A recent ANG newspaper article suggested that high school athletes should consider coming to Cal State East Bay because of the quality of the competitive athletic programs.

Cal State East Bay also offers informal opportunities for students to engage in intramural sports, sports related activities, and to learn new sports.
